How It Works

1. Data Collection

Every 15 minutes: news feeds, NGA maritime incident reports, AIS vessel positions, and commodity prices are ingested from 10+ sources.

2. AI Analysis

Gemini Flash 2.0 filters, extracts entities, and assigns a risk score (1–10) to each event based on location, severity, and actor type.

3. Risk Index

Per-region risk scores are aggregated and served via a public REST API and MCP server for AI agent integration.
